Types of Cajon

April 15, 2013 - -

Peruano Cajon
A simple wooden box without any faciful fixtures. Texture sounds like a conga or bongo.

Flamenco Cajon
Is a simple wooden box with some guitar strings added tO behind the playing face to create the buzzing snare effect.

Snare Cajon
Is similar to the Flamenco Cajon, but the snare place was used instead of the guitar strings. They are placed inside the top half of the playing face. Snare Cajon would have less buzzing effects than the flamenco.
